Business division Organisation and Communications

This business division encompasses most of the cross-cutting issue groups in the Association of German Banks.

The organisation and communication teams work in this business division. In the organisation, these are specifically the teams HR, Operations and Finance, IT as well as Arbitration and Account Search. Communication includes the Media Relations, Digital Content and Channels and the Financial Education teams. The main communication disciplines are summarised here - from classic media relations, publications, websites and moving images to social media.
