Operations and Finance

Here, support functions - from process management and language services to accounting - are the responsibility of the banking association.

The team Organisation and Finance is part of the Organisation and Communication business division. Our colleagues are responsible for building and process management, digital and analogue documentation, language services, accounting, travel management and controlling in the association, all incoming and outgoing mail and other internal support functions. We ensure, for example, that the association duly submits and pays its invoices.

In addition, we are responsible for ensuring that economic decisions of the Association of German Banks are made on a reliable information basis.
