The tea, Legal Affairs and Anti-money Laundering advises the Association and its member banks on various areas of civil and public law as well as on anti-money laundering and competition law compliance.

Important focal points of its work are the support of the AGB banks and various other contracts and standards, the support of legal policy and legislation as well as the analysis of case law in subject areas relevant to banking.
