We make things happen and ensure that everyone in the federation can work and collaborate well and efficiently. Four teams make up the department:
- The HR team, which takes care of all personnel issues in the Association of German Banks.
- The team Operations and Finance ensures smooth processes in the association, a functional building and digital and analogue documentation. It is also responsible for the Association's budget and financial controlling.
- The team IT designs, develops and is responsible for all IT systems within the federation and in interaction with its members and other stakeholders.
- The team Dispute Resolution and Account Tracing supports bank clients and banks in resolving conflicts in the client relationship and bank clients in tracing existing but not actively used bank accounts.
