In response to the European Commissions consultation on the delegated act establishing technical screening criteria for the four additional environmental objectives of the EU taxonomy, we finalized our position within the German Banking Industry Committee (GBIC).

On December 7, 2022, the EU Commission has published a proposal for an EU Listing Act. Amendments on the Prospectus Regulation and Market Abuse Regulation are key elements of this proposal.
