Career and open positions
Our mission is clear: we work to promote strong private banks in both Germany and Europe. Help us transform banking.
What will banking look like in the future? What methods of payment will be available? How do we sustainably finance the economic transition? How do we create good economic and financial policies? What is needed to ensure that their banks can fulfil their central societal role? These are just a few of the issues and questions that drive us.

Flexible working
You decide how and where you work. We live mobile working with great flexibility and self-determination. You can work from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. - it's not the time that counts, but the result. The teams discuss your presence in the office with each other. And if you are with us for longer, we can also talk about a sabbatical.
Our locations: Right in the middle of it all!
Our offices in Berlin and Brussels are right in the middle of things.Where others go on vacation and sightseeing, we work.In Berlin, right on Hackescher Markt.Dozens of restaurants and stores, S-Bahn and streetcar are all just a 2-minute walk away.Opposite the Spree, Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island.
In Brussels, our office is located in the European Quarter, just around the corner from Place de Luxembourg.
Pension & Health
We offer an attractive company pension scheme via the BVV industry pension fund. It doesn't matter whether you come to the office by streetcar or suburban train - we'll give you a monthly mobility allowance of 30 euros either way. You can also lease a company bike from us. Or is the gym more important to you? No problem - we offer you discounted conditions.
Culture & teamwork
We are on first-name terms. Respect and fairness are not just important to us on paper, we live this in our everyday lives. The many glass doors and walls in our offices stand for transparency, which is just as important to us. Trust and team spirit are paramount. We work together as equals: our aim is to achieve the best results for the banks.
