Consumers

The Association of German Banks deals with various consumer topics in its daily work. These include old-age provision, digital sales, consumer protection, consumer policy and securities sales. 

In the area of conflict between consumer policy and the interests of our members, we develop positions on current discussions and represent these vis-à-vis politics, supervision and the public in Germany as well as in Europe.
