The GBIC welcomes that the Federal Ministry of Finance is striving for a low-bureaucracy implementation of the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD VI) and a reduction in bureaucracy in the national legal framework for the banking industry. At the same time, it sees potential for improvement in many areas of the concrete implementation proposals.
