Standortfördergesetz (StoFöG)

The German Banking Industry Committee (DK) welcomes the initiative and the goal of a StoFöG to improve the competitiveness and attractiveness of Germany as a financial center in global comparison. Measures to facilitate access to capital markets, promote the fund market, and reduce bureaucratic burdens are necessary. The draft bill is an important step in this direction. In its comments, the DK addresses the need for improvement in some key areas of the draft.
